It was a great experience. It’s a cafe vibe I had when I walked in and ate. Ordered up front at the cashier then they bring it out to you for dine-in. It’s not a grab the menu and you have a server. Which I’m fine with. The food was much better than I expected. The meat was literally melting in my mouth. Barely needed to chew. Though I prefer the rare steak on the side and I place it into the bowl myself as some of the more traditional pho spots I had in Philadelphia, the quality was great in everything I had. I had - create your own pho and had a choice of 3 meats, and was very happy I was able to try 3 too. I picked rare steak, Oxtail, filet mignon. I’m definitely coming back to try their wagyu beef pho! - bahn mi traditional, which is basically a cold cut like ham or such. Which usually I’m not a fan of the traditional ones but I needed to try it from them. And it was surprisingly very good. I usually go for the pork bahn mi but this means I’ll be back for the pork for sure. And to finish it off with a perfect mango smoothie. Perfect thickness, not too sweet and topped with actual mangos on top.

First day of soft opening was very excited to see some culture in Dickson City. Ordered a few item off the menu (spring roll, louts pho, Thai tea w boba, and a banh mi). The banh mi was really good They make their own bread, which is unseen anymore loaded with meats and condiments. The pho they forgot my meat, lol but once I called they made me a brand new one. Service was really good friendly staff. The pho broth was delicious and clean. Just a couple of suggestions the take out containers can’t hold the broth that well so it got everywhere. The oxtail was really tough to eat wasn’t tender enough. And the noodle portion was small as well as the meat compared to most places I been to.

So happy to pass by this restaurant and tried this place in Clarks Summit , PA. We love Pho . We are so glad to be able to eat in here . The PNo. 4 is so delicious . Taste is authentic Vietnamese Pho Soup. Place is really clean. The Thai tea drink tastes so good and their Thai black tea and the Mango Smoothie with tapioca pearls in it , so yummy. Spring rolls so good and the side garnish is so good. Place is so cozy . And it’s very clean including their women's restroom. This Vietnamese restaurant Lotus Tea is a go to place. Highly recommended.

Lotus Tea is the best Vietnamese cuisine in NEPA. We had the traditional Vietnamese banhi mi and the grilled pork banhi mi, both excellent with authentic taste. The best part is that the baguettes for the banh mi are baked fresh daily and are absolutely incredible. We have also had several versions of the pho, meatball is my favorite. The broth is aromatic and the flavor is deep. My husband loves the chicken wings as well and orders them every time. You can't go wrong with any of their delicious teas and fun drinks selection too! Highly recommend everything here!

What a gem! We had the oxtail pho and Vietnamese coffee. The broth was nice and clean. They gave us a generous amount of oxtail. I could have had a little more noodles, but it was still filling. Vietnamese coffee can ever go wrong. I will definitely come back to try their summer rolls and banh mi. The atmosphere is clean and modern. Very unassuming from the outside.

Lotus is a lovely addition to Dickson City! Located right on the Scranton/Carbondale Highway, this spot has pho, bahn mí, and lots of boba teas. My taro tea was very tasty and the price was fair for this area. The pho was also very good though I feel the cost is a bit high for the product I received. Interior is immaculate and the open kitchen is a nice touch. A great introduction to Vietnamese food if you've never tried it before.
